STRONG By ZUMBA™️ combines high intensity interval training with the science of 'Synced Music Motivation'. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.
Who is the STRONG By ZUMBA™️Participant? The class is designed for people looking to increase their intensity levels of training and improve strength, stamina, cardio, balance and mobility. STRONG By ZUMBA is an interval intensity class. This means that high intensity moves (such as high knees, burpees, jump jacks etc.) are interchanged with lower intensity moves (like lunges, squats etc.) throughout the entire workout. Together with clear base moves to start and progress from, this allows the class to be achievable for those starting out less fit, and offer an incredibly high energy workout for the fitter participant.

Zumba Basic License to teach regular Zumba® classes.
Zumba Toning License to teach body-sculpting techniques using Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.
Zumba Sentao Licensed to teach the party-like workout that incorporates chairs to improve strength, definition and endurance.
